Ask for a quote or a pilot class
Tell us who you are and how many classes you are thinking of. We answer by e-mail, with an invoice if you wish (payment by bank transfer).
🔒 Data and privacy for schools
- What we keep
- For a pupil: their first name (or what the teacher writes), a user ID, their homework, grades, diplomas and OrDex collection. Pupil accounts made by the school have no e-mail address. For adults (principal, teachers, parents): their e-mail and name.
- Who sees what
- A teacher sees their classes, the principal the whole school. A pupil sees their class (first names and nicknames), their homework, grades and diplomas, never the others' grades or an individual ranking. A parent sees only their child, after entering the parent code of the login card.
- What we do not do
- No advertising, no selling of data, no chat between pupils. Duels are only between classmates or accepted friends.
- Reminders and e-mails
- Homework reminders never go out on Shabbat, Yom Tov, their eve or at night, and everyone can turn them off in their settings. The Friday report only goes to parents who asked for it.
- Hosting
- The data is hosted by Google Firebase (Google Cloud), with access rules that apply the rights above.
- End of year and deletion
- At the end of the year, the class moves on to the next year with its pupils, or the school asks us to delete everything. A teacher can remove a pupil at any time: a pupil account made by the school that belongs to no family is then deleted. For any request: admin@orhazeev.com.
